Job Description
We are seeking a Site Supervisor/Foreman to oversee construction projects and ensure timely completion while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in managing construction activities.
* Direct, plan, coordinate, and implement construction tasks to meet project timelines and quality requirements.
* Lead construction teams to ensure efficient and safe working conditions.
* Ensure compliance with building regulations, health and safety protocols, environment, and quality standards.
* Manage risks associated with the construction process through planning, assessment, and mitigation.
* Collaborate with stakeholders by working closely with architects, consultants, and other stakeholders.
A minimum of 3+ years experience delivering commercial building projects as a Site Supervisor/Foreman. Knowledge of trades, standards, and NCC compliance is essential. Strong understanding of OH&S practices and procedures is required. Ability to work independently while following site management direction. Demonstrated leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills are necessary for success.
