Our client, a well-established design & construct business with offices across Adelaide, Melbourne, and Sydney, is looking to bring on a high-performing Project Manager to work across commercial office fit-out projects. The Role
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality D&C fit-out projects from inception through to completion, while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and deliver commercial fit-out projects on time and within budget
* Lead project teams, providing direction, mentorship, and support
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery
* Drive programme, cost, and quality outcomes across multiple projects
* Implement and utilise construction management systems effectively
* Ensure all works comply with safety standards, regulations, and best practices
About You
* Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
* 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction or fit-outs
* Proven experience delivering projects end-to-end
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Client-focused with the ability to build lasting relationships
* Well-versed in construction systems, processes, and compliance
