 
        
        As Secretary Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the Clubs day-to-day operations and long term-planning. Reporting directly to the Board, you'll lead a dedicated team, ensure regulatory compliance, and help position the Club as a thriving, member focused venue.
A minimum of 3-5 years of management experience is required for this position.
A proven history of Club or Hotel experience is a must.
Key responsibilities:
 * Fulfil Club Secretary duties and ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
 * Provide high level support and advice to Board.
 * Manage financial performance, budgeting and revenue growth opportunities.
 * Implement and evolve the Club's strategic and operational plans.
 * Lead and grow Club membership and engagement initiatives.
 * Foster a culture of excellence and accountability among staff.
 * Monitor performance standards and ensure exceptional customer service delivery.
Required skills and Qualifications:
 * Responsible Service of Alcohol
 * Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gambling
