About Our Graduate Program
We are seeking recent or soon-to-be graduates to participate in our Graduate Electrical Engineer program. This two-year fixed-term contract offers a unique opportunity to gain practical learning through fundamental tasks and meaningful work.
* The program includes continuous coaching, mentorship, and formal training, allowing participants to rotate through diverse business units.
* As a participant, you will have the chance to delve deep into high-voltage engineering and electrical systems.
* You will gain practical experience in project management, leading and coordinating projects effectively.
* You will engage with diverse tasks spanning various electrical engineering areas.

Key Qualifications:
* A genuine passion for Electrical Systems within the operational context of steel manufacturing and distribution.
* Australian/NZ citizenship or a visa granting unlimited working rights.
* Completion of an Australian tertiary degree within the past three years.
* Less than two years of full-time, discipline-specific work experience.
