Our Contact Centre, which opened in Juneis expanding rapidly, making now the perfect time to join a team on the rise.
We are hiring Full-Time Customer Service Representatives to play a key role as an AAMI Specialist.
Start Date: Wednesday, 5 February
Engagement Centres: Monday 12 January to Wednesday 14 January
Held at our Contact Centre Hub in Townsville.

Training Period
Our success starts with investing in your growth.
You'll complete a 7-week, full-time, paid training program held at our Townsville office, equipping you with everything you need to succeed in the role.
Please note: You'll be required to work full-time from our Townsville office during the training period.
Once complete, you'll move to your selected shift pattern and transition to our flexible hybrid working model.
Home Office Setup Requirements
As this is a hybrid role, you'll work from both the office and home.
Suncorp will provide you with a laptop, but you'll need to have:
A reliable internet connection
An ergonomic home office setup (keyboard, mouse, dual screens, desk, and chair)
A private and distraction-free workspace
