Job Description
The Digital Learning and Training Officer will coordinate and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Key responsibilities include conducting needs analysis, developing training materials, monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, collaborating with department heads, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of training methods, facilitating learning and development activities, and promoting a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
Requirements
* Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering engaging and effective training workshops relating to digital systems.
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with strong communication across diverse customers.
* Ability to manage a varied workload while maintaining deadlines.
* Demonstrated experience in managing multiple learning and development projects, including leading training workshops.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365 suite.
* Advanced skills in Copilot for Microsoft 365.
* Change Management skills.
* Previous experience with the TechnologyOne OneCouncil solution.
