A globally recognised digital marketing organisation is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the APAC team on a 12-month maternity leave cover.
This role will support the planning and execution of regional marketing initiatives designed to drive pipeline growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement across the Asia Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities
* Support execution of regional marketing campaigns across digital channels, events, and partner programs
* Assist with coordination of marketing support for key accounts and regional initiatives
* Coordinate marketing assets, promotional materials, and campaign resources
* Support planning and delivery of webinars, trade shows, and customer events
* Coordinate event logistics including registrations, speakers, and post-event follow-up
* Maintain marketing calendars, campaign documentation, and schedules
* Support campaign setup and data tracking within marketing platforms including Salesforce
Requirements
* 2+ years' marketing experience
* SaaS and/or B2B experience preferred
* Strong experience with events will be highly regarded
* Experience supporting campaigns or marketing operations
* Strong organisational and project coordination skills
* Experience supporting campaigns, events, or marketing operations
* Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and stakeholders
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline (preferred)
