We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations and mortuary services. This role ensures smooth coordination of funeral activities, high service standards, and effective team supervision.
The successful candidate will coordinate daily operational activities, ensure adequate staffing, support funeral teams, and respond to client needs and service requests.

* Supervise cremation facilities and manage related financial transactions
* Maintain equipment, vehicles, and supplies
* Participate in funeral services, transfers, viewings, and cremations
* Liaise with mortuary staff to ensure timely and respectful handling of deceased
* Recruit, train, and develop staff to deliver high-quality service
