Role Details:
* Clinical pharmacy services in a tertiary hospital
* Duties tailored to experience - dispensary support and/or ward-based clinical care
* Areas may include general medicine, surgical, rehab, or oncology
* Ward rounds, medication reviews, discharge counselling
* Supportive, experienced team environment
What You'll Need:
* AHPRA registration
* At least 1 year of Hospital Experience
* Willing to complete:
o Police Check
o Working With Children Card (NT)
o Vaccine Preventable Disease Immunity Certification - Category B
