The Role
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized intervention plans for children and adults with disabilities
* Collaborate with stakeholders, including therapists, clients, and referral sources, to maximize client outcomes
* Evaluate and recommend assistive technology solutions to enhance client functionality and social engagement
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including reports and client records
* Manage a diverse caseload and prioritize tasks effectively
* Meet professional standards, including billing and client management requirements

* Regular supervision and mentoring sessions to ensure successful integration into the team
* Core competency training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
* Group mentoring and support to foster professional growth and development

Requirements
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy or a related field
* Discipline-specific registration (e.g., AHPRA/SPA)
* Working with Children Check (WWCC or Blue Card)
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Police and International Police Checks (if applicable)
* Driver's license and reliable vehicle
* Car insurance
* Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance
