Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated educator to deliver innovative teaching practices for Humanities, reflecting the Christian ethos of our educational institution. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Faculty to develop and implement programs, maintaining high levels of achievement from students in the Humanities curriculum areas.
The position involves providing effective teaching methods, managing curriculum requirements, and implementing protocols and strategies. Additionally, the teacher will provide pastoral care to students through leading a regular House Tutor group.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for Humanities, ensuring a high standard of outcomes for all students.
* Manage curriculum requirements, including programs, registers, assessment, feedback, and reporting.
* Implement College protocols and strategies to support student learning.
* Provide effective pastoral care to students through leading a regular House Tutor group.
Requirements:
* Passionate and dedicated educator with expertise in Humanities.

The normal teaching load is 47 fifty-minute periods per fortnightly cycle, including Sport, plus House Tutor and other duties.
