Taking a customer first focus, this role's primary objective is developing great relationships with new and existing customers, driving awareness of our clients wide range of services and fodder products. This strategy shall cover two of our clients core functions including Agricultural Contracting and Hay Sales. Tasks and Responsibilities * Develop and maintain great relationships with new and existing customers * Sourcing/Purchasing Hay & Fodder * Hay Sales - Existing & new customers * Marketing * Agricultural Contracting Skills and Experience * Knowledge of the Agricultural Industry * Knowledge of Hay and feed * At least 2 years of sales experience * Understanding of various marketing channels and how they can be used effectively to drive sales * Strong communication skills * Strong administrations skills, including computer literacy * Proven ability to develop strong relationships with a range of stakeholders * Proven ability to deliver on a sales strategy and manage competing priorities Benefits and Perks * Excellent salary package on offer; $80k-$85k base super car fuel commission * OTE's Expected $110k-$120k * Fully remote - leave from your own home to required site visits across North & West Victoria About the Company Our client is more than just a company; they are a family deeply rooted in the agricultural landscape of Australia.
