Sell a range of new and used commercial vehicles to meet sales volumes and ensure high customer service.
Duties:
* Utilize an effective sales process to achieve maximum sales and best profit for the business.
* Conduct accurate vehicle appraisals for part exchange.
* Maintain showrooms and displays to Volkswagen standards.
* Prospect for new customers using various sources.
* Follow the sales process consistently.
* Engage in social media content creation.
* Manage vehicle handovers, ensuring customers are briefed on operation and controls.
* Maintain relationships with customers through regular follow-up.
* Develop full product knowledge of all products, accessories, prices, and competitor features.
* Ensure accurate customer information and sales activities documentation.
* Participate in sales campaigns and promotions to maximize sales penetration.
