A private planning consultancy with an office in Brisbane and Gold Coast is looking for a Planner/DA Planner to join their team - ideally in Gold Coast.
The company has a wide range of work in 29 Council areas covering SE and North Queensland to Northern NSW. Hence, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects including:
* Residential: boutique developments, hotels, student accommodations
* Commercial: shopping centres and childcare centres
* Warehouses/industrial use
* Community: disability housing
* Greenfield and subdivisions
The company has 3 Directors giving a broad range of leadership and support – and your work will be split across clients rather than sectors. This means that you will not be pigeon-holed, and you will be able to work on diverse projects.
The role is ideal for those with 2+ years' experience as a Town Planner within the QLD Planning system. We are open to candidates from either consulting or government background.
Salaries from $75K + super for a Planner and Senior Planner will depend on the level of experience. Salaries are negotiable depending on the candidate.
