About the Role
We are seeking an energetic, client‐focused Senior Associate to join our passionate and experienced Personal Injuries Team in our Perth office on a full‐time, permanent basis. With a diverse client base, the work is challenging and rewarding with excellent career development opportunities.
Qualifications
* 5+ years PAE within a Personal Injuries environment, with a background in handling Road, Work, or Public Liability matters
* Strong knowledge of the relevant procedural rules for Personal Injury practice in WA
* Proven leadership and people‐management skills
* Demonstrated capacity in executing business development and marketing strategies in the legal field
* Excellent interpersonal skills with experience providing high‐level client service
* Proactive approach to file management
* Willingness to assist other team members, especially junior solicitors
* Experience working in a high‐volume work environment
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include running personal injury files, supervising team members handling personal injuries files, team management, and building the practice.
