Due to the expansion of the finance team the CFO would now like to add to their already successful finance team with the addition of an experienced accounts Officer (accounts payable) (Part time) to start in January
The vacancy:
* End to end accounts payable
* Process 500+ monthly invoices and manage end-to-end accounts payable
* Data entry and answering telephone calls within the finance team
* Client contact
* Uploading documents
* Some general admin duties
* Part time hours (3 full days or 5 days school hours per week)
To apply:
* Have good experience within accounts payable in Australia
* Excellent communication skills (Written and verbal)
* Confident with Microsoft products
* Be able to work within a busy team
* Free to work Full time hours
* Experienced with MYOB software (Not essential as training provided)
* Must have permanent right to work in Australia
