About you (key selection criteria)
Financial Planner
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar Financial Planner role
* Relevant financial planning qualifications required to be authorised as a (tax) financial adviser with ASIC
* Ability to provide holistic strategic advice across investments, insurance, superannuation, SMSFs, margin lending and aged care
* Strong technical knowledge and compliance capability
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
* Proven ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
* Commitment to continuous professional development (study support available)
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
