We're looking for an eLearning Developer with a flair for graphic design to join our Perth team at Sentient. This is a unique role where you'll combine your learning design skills with your ability to create visually engaging marketing and training content.

What you'll do:
* Design and develop engaging eLearning modules and interactive training materials.
* Create visual assets and graphics to support both training and marketing content.
* Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and developers to deliver high-quality learning solutions.
* Contribute fresh ideas to both learning design and marketing projects.
* Ensure content is accurate, visually polished, and works smoothly for learners.
What we're looking for:
Essential
* Experience with eLearning tools such as Articulate Storyline or Rise 360.
* A strong design eye—experience in graphic design, digital content creation, or marketing visuals.
* Proficiency with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar).
* Good understanding of UI/UX design principles.
* A natural problem-solver with great communication and collaboration skills.
* Comfortable working in a fast-moving, project-based environment.
Highly Desirable (but not essential)
* Understanding of instructional design or adult learning principles.
* Skills in multimedia production (audio, video, animation).
* Technical confidence with LMS platforms, SCORM, or basic HTML/JavaScript.
