We are seeking a rural paediatrics doctor to manage a mix of clinics, on-call duties and ward rounds in a regional setting. The ideal candidate will be confident in acute paediatrics, neonatal stabilisation and retrieval coordination, and able to work independently across ED, maternity and ward services. Strong communication, teamwork, adaptability and a commitment to high-quality care in a resource-limited environment are essential.
