Physiotherapist – Hand Therapy – Multiple roles in Melbourne
About the Client: Our client is the largest independently owned provider of Shoulder to Hand, rehabilitation in Australia. Their experienced team strive to provide a rewarding supported and interesting working environment. Working with some of Victoria's most experienced Orthopaedic, Plastic and Reconstructive surgeons, the caseload is varied and exciting.
About the Role: We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join a Hand Therapy practice in Dandenong South and Narre Warren. The position provides an Occupational Therapist with the opportunity to join a busy practice of highly skilled, supportive therapists and efficient administration staff. The position is perfectly suited to a therapist wanting to develop their skills and specialize in the area of hand and upper limb rehabilitation.
Responsibilities will include:
* Treatment of post-operative hand and upper limb conditions
* Consultancy service to GP's to assist with best practice of hand and upper limb conditions
* Working effectively and efficiently, directly with leading hand and upper limb Orthopaedic Surgeons, Plastic Surgeons and Rheumatologists
* Understanding and application of practice policies and procedures

About You:
* Relevant qualification in Occupational Therapy
* AHPRA registration
* Hand Therapy experience required
* Must be able to demonstrate a caring, confident and professional manner, including professional correspondence and record‑keeping
* Strong communication and report‑writing skills
* A solid commitment to growing your clinical skills and knowledge
* Strong organisational skills
* Working with Children Check
* Eligible to work permanently in Australia
