We are seeking a proactive and results‐driven Project Manager to lead the end‐to‐end execution of innovative AI‐powered solutions within our dynamic B2B technology agency.
This role is central to our mission of delivering high‐impact, scalable business solutions on time and with precision. You'll work closely with cross‐functional teams—including AI engineers, data scientists, and client stakeholders—using agile practices to drive rapid iteration and continuous improvement. With a focus on operational excellence and client satisfaction, you'll ensure seamless project delivery while leveraging Zoho CRM and Clickup to manage workflows, track progress, and maintain transparency across teams. The ideal candidate brings a growth mindset, strong organizational instincts, and a passion for technology—no formal qualifications required, just the right attitude and drive to succeed.
Responsibilities
* Lead full project lifecycle for AI and technology initiatives from conception to deployment
* Coordinate with AI engineers, developers, and business teams to define scope, priorities, and deliverables
* Utilize Clickup for task management, sprint planning, timeline tracking, and team collaboration
* Leverage Zoho CRM to track project progress, manage client communications, and maintain internal documentation
* Implement agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to streamline workflows and accelerate delivery
* Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring alignment with business and client goals
* Identify risks early, resolve blockers proactively, and facilitate retrospectives for continuous improvement
* Deliver clear, concise updates to stakeholders and leadership using real‐time data from Clickup and Zoho CRM
* Foster transparency, accountability, and collaboration across teams through consistent communication
Requirements
* No formal degree required—demonstrated experience and a strong work ethic are valued above credentials
* Hands‐on experience managing technology or software projects in fast‐paced environments
* Familiarity with AI/ML project workflows, including model development, data pipelines, and deployment considerations
* Proficiency in using Clickup for project planning, task assignment, and progress tracking
* Proficiency in using Zoho CRM for client engagement and internal purposes
* Experience in the Microsoft Cloud ecosystem (Power Platform, Azure, etc.)
* Experience with agile tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) and remote collaboration platforms
* Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‐solving skills
