About the role
We are seeking an Assistant Manager to support our team in Bunbury with daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service in the electrical industry in Australia.
Your responsibilities
* Providing friendly, high-quality customer service.
* Building strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
* Leading and training team members to foster an inclusive and harmonious work environment.
* Ensuring compliance with all procedures and promoting a strong WH&S culture.
* Collaborating with the team and Branch Manager on continuous improvement strategies.
About you
* Experience in a customer-facing role with a passion for sales and operations.
* Enthusiastic, ambitious, and eager to develop your career.
* Leadership or mentoring experience is desirable.
* Experience in electrical wholesaling, trades, or construction is highly regarded.
