Procurement Systems Analyst Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Procurement Systems Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating acquisition and investment opportunities, building robust valuation models, and leading end-to-end due diligence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate acquisition and investment opportunities through market research and strategic fit assessments
* Build and maintain robust valuation models, including DCF and precedent transactions
* Lead or support end-to-end due diligence across commercial, financial, legal, operational, and technical workstreams
* Prepare and present internal deal materials, including investment cases and financial summaries
* Coordinate and manage external advisers to support transactions and internal reviews
* Track and manage deal progress against key milestones, risks, and stakeholder requirements
* Support broader strategic and corporate development initiatives, including tenders and partnership opportunities
Requirements:
* 6+ years' experience in M&A, private equity, or corporate development
* Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
* Solid understanding of valuation and deal structuring
* Clear communication and presentation skills
* Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple projects independently
