Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Service Delivery Manager to join our team. As a key member of the service team, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating service activities, managing technicians, and ensuring clients receive timely updates and exceptional service.
The role involves:
* Planning and scheduling service jobs based on priority, technician availability, and location
* Raising new jobs, issuing work orders, and updating job systems
* Managing purchase orders and maintaining accurate job tracking
* Coordinating emergency breakdowns and urgent service requests
* Serving as the first point of contact for clients, providing clear updates on job progress, and resolving scheduling conflicts
* Updating and managing all active job statuses, verifying job details, parts, compliance requirements, and documentation
* Assisting in preparing job quotes and reviewing timesheets
* Processing new customers
* Coordinating dispatch of parts and materials, liaising with suppliers, and managing equipment allocation and tool tracking
* Ensuring all service activities meet safety and regulatory standards, assisting with documentation for refrigeration and environmental compliance, organizing SWMS, inductions, and relevant tickets
* Overseeing fleet servicing schedules and maintenance, maintaining accurate vehicle usage and GPS tracking records, preparing & processing invoices, arranging travel when needed, and providing occasional after-hours assistance for urgent service needs
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for someone with:
* Experience as a Service Coordinator or Administrator in a similar industry preferred
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Confidence using service management software (Simpro highly regarded)
* Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
* Valid driver's licence
* High attention to detail and strong documentation habits
