Job Title: Aged Care Assessor
As an Aged Care Assessor, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for older Australians by conducting in-person assessments and connecting them with essential services.
You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team and benefit from a comprehensive induction training program designed to equip you for success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Treat older adults with dignity and respect while understanding the impacts of ageism.
* Conduct client assessments and provide service delivery in a community or health-related position.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 1 year of experience in aged care, including conducting client assessments and/or service delivery in a community or health-related position.
* Tertiary education in a health-related discipline (e.g., registered nurses, medical officers, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, social workers).
* Current unrestricted General Registration with AHPRA or relevant professional association.
* Intermediate skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and client management systems.
* A current Australian driver's licence, comprehensively insured vehicle, and ability to travel within your service area.
