Job Description
This role involves analyzing training needs and designing effective learning solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in evaluating current learning gaps and developing content for various business units.
Candidates must have hands-on experience with needs analysis, instructional design, and formal learning evaluation methodologies such as Kirkpatrick's levels of evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analyses to identify skill gaps and prioritize learning objectives.
* Design and develop engaging training content including instructor-led training (ILT) modules, lesson plans, and training videos.
* Utilize adult learning theories and apply Kirkpatrick Levels 1–4 evaluation strategies to assess training effectiveness.
* Collaborate with program managers and subject matter experts across departments to align learning outcomes with business needs.
* Maintain and update training content in accordance with business changes and regulatory requirements.
* Interface with the Learning Management System (LMS) and other internal data systems.
* Pilot, test, and troubleshoot eLearning modules for performance and user experience improvements.
* Ensure training materials adhere to corporate branding and instructional design templates.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience conducting training needs analysis and curriculum development.
* Demonstrated proficiency with instructional design tools and software.
* Strong understanding and hands-on experience implementing learning evaluation methodologies.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convert technical information into accessible training.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
