Broad range of commercial project exposure including; Industrial, Aged Care & Commercial throughout Brisbane and surrounds This job would be ideal for an experienced Contracts Administrator looking to transition into Project Management. Tasks & Responsibilities: Support a Senior Project Manager Liaison with project team, clients, sub contractors & consultants Lead the projects to ensure quality and safety is met though updating safety plans & incident management Assist with project programme formation ensuring accuracy Manage head contract / sub-contract delay notices, RFI's and EOT's Project administration & management Monitor Quality Assurance on site & Checklists Monitor project expenditure & manage invoices / credits Project completion, defect management & defect liability period maintenance Assist estimating team Required Skills: Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or Similar 1 Year Project Management experience OR 3 Years Contract Administrator for a Head Contractor Exposure to Multi-Million $ commercial builds in QLD History of delivering projects, mitigating risk and avoiding commercial error Proven time management with strong attention to detail Must be a team player that is accountable and driven Benefits: Gain experience on larger commercial projects Creative freedom in a team that do not micro manage Be mentored by a Senior Project Manager with development framework plans If this is of interest and you qualify for the above requirements, please click APPLY For This Job or send your CV direct to mark@streamlinecareers.com.au or call 0409 577 690 Please note that those that reach the above criteria, have the rights to work in Australia and that have local experience will be contacted.
