**Position Summary**:
Provide comprehensive human resources advisory service for leaders and employees in allocated divisions by operating as a trusted People & Culture Partner. Contribute to organisational people initiatives and utilise the resources from talent acquisition, learning and safety to provide a high level of service for our customers.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the employee experience for allocated divisions
- Managing grievance processes and conducting IR/ER investigations, in collaboration with the IR Manager
- Monitor and evaluate staff induction and exit interview feedback and make recommendations for improvement
- Provide advice and assistance to leaders in the resolution of employment changes
- Assist line managers in the development of position descriptions for specified divisions and ensure appropriate review and update
- Support leaders in utilising available technology to support their people leadership efforts
Project aspects:
- Participate in projects as required, including research and preparation of documents for review and assisting in the implementation of recommendations
- Lead the implementation of organisational programs or activities, which may include topics such as culture, diversity or employee experience

**Essential Competencies**
- Possession of a relevant tertiary qualification
- Previous experience in a corporate environment, providing human resources advice
- Ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders and build effective relationships
- Understanding of federal employment legislation and applicable state legislation
- Knowledge and understanding of workplace investigations
- Demonstrated capacity to promote and uphold People & Culture values, including discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to prioritise and manage workload
- Well-developed problem solving skills
