Key Responsibilities:

* Develop business partnering skills by creating trusted relationships with key commercial leaders to deliver strategic objectives, execution metrics, and financial commitments.

* Analyze and recommend projects to increase return on investment, including trading and activation mechanics.

* Lead financial analysis for retailer contracts, trading terms, and promotional programs.

* Play a leadership role as the 'Channel CFO' (partner, support, challenge, and co-ownership) to the Commercial Leadership team.

* Lead the commercial team through financial control aspects, including audit control.

* Partner cross-functionally to build standardized financial management and decision-making processes across Diageo Australia.

Requirements:

* Experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments in a similar role, or aspiring to step into a business partner role.

* Established finance career, with a tertiary degree preferred.
