Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a dedicated Support Associate to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities.
About the Role:
* Support clients in achieving their personal goals through person-centred plans
* Engage in recreational activities such as swimming, dancing, and horseback riding
* Assist with daily living skills including meal preparation, housekeeping, and medication administration
* Ensure positive behaviour support plans are followed
* Perform administrative duties and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
* Cert III in Individual Support (CHC33015 or CHC33021)
* Previous experience in supporting clients with mental health concerns and manual handling
* Residency in the Bunbury region and ability to work a full roster
* Willingness to assist clients with personal care and domestic duties
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships
* Passion for delivering exceptional service and assisting others
* Experience or willingness to train in manual handling and medication administration
* Strong administration and computer literacy skills
* A valid driver's licence and willingness to use a private vehicle

Bunbury, 7 overnight sleep shifts a fortnight, 62 hour fortnight
