(Required to work on-site in Port Moresby (capital of Papua New Guinea) for two weeks per month.)
* Responsible for the full lifecycle implementation of SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) and TM (Transportation Management) modules, including requirement research, blueprint design, system configuration, testing, go-live deployment and post-implementation optimization, ensuring project delivery quality and schedule meet standards.
* Deeply understand the business processes of cross-border logistics and warehousing, formulate EWM&TM module solutions suitable for cross-border scenarios based on customers' actual needs, solve complex warehousing and transportation business pain points, and improve supply chain fulfillment efficiency.
* Lead or participate in the integration configuration of EWM and TM modules, ensure seamless connection with other SAP supply chain modules (MM, SD, PP, etc.) and external systems, guarantee smooth data flow, and support end-to-end supply chain management needs.
* Provide user training, operation guidance and technical support for customers, deliver SAP EWM&TM module best practices, improve users' system operation capabilities, and assist customers in realizing business process standardization and intelligence.
* Work on-site in Mombasa Port for 2 weeks per month, coordinate with local customers and business teams, handle on-site implementation issues, requirement confirmation and project promotion matters, ensuring synergy between on-site business and system implementation.
* Track the latest technological trends and industry developments of SAP EWM&TM modules, and provide module optimization suggestions for customers combined with the characteristics of the cross-border logistics industry, helping customers achieve digital upgrading of warehousing and transportation management.
* Cooperate with the project team to complete project document writing, review and summary, and promote the precipitation of project experience and knowledge sharing.
* Bachelor's degree or above, major in Logistics Management, Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields is preferred; SAP EWM and TM related certifications are a plus.
* With 8 years or more of experience in SAP EWM and TM module implementation, having led at least 3 or more complete EWM&TM module implementation projects, familiar with the core functions of the modules (EWM: storage location management, wave picking, cross-docking, etc.; TM: route planning, carrier management, freight settlement, etc.).
* Proficient in cross-border logistics and warehousing business processes, familiar with cross-border logistics compliance requirements and system configuration under multi-currency/multi-language scenarios; experience in projects in Mozambique or Africa is preferred.
* Strong ability in requirement analysis, solution design and problem-solving, able to independently respond to complex EWM&TM module implementation scenarios, and good at module integration and debugging.
* Willing to work on-site in Port Moresby for 2 weeks per month, able to adapt to the business trip rhythm, and have good cross-regional and cross-cultural communication and coordination skills.
* Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, able to communicate with international customers and teams as a working language, proficient in office software and SAP system-related tools.
* Good professional quality, strong sense of responsibility, outstanding pressure resistance, able to complete project delivery tasks efficiently, and have team spirit.
* Understanding the implementation characteristics of EWM&TM modules in SAP S/4HANA environment; experience in S/4HANA migration projects is a plus
