Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure our store reflects our brand's aesthetic.
* Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training to strengthen team capability.
* Partner with head office on rostering, reporting, and operational initiatives.
* Foster a positive, professional, and community-focused culture within the store.
