Offer description

We are seeking an experienced Vendor Replenishment Specialist to join our organization in Knoxfield. This full-time role involves servicing a National Key Account and offers excellent opportunities with great benefits.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of warehouse functions, organizational and time management skills, analytical skills, and excellent Microsoft Excel skills. Experience in replenishment/inventory roles, MFG Pro experience, and the ability to work well under pressure are highly desirable.

As a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving a collaborative relationship and ensuring the most cost-effective production of finished goods. They will also need to collaborate with Category Management & Supply Chain Management teams, manage demand and supply plans, and facilitate and be accountable for KPIs including DIFOT, Working Capital & Days of Supply.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaboration with Category Management & Supply Chain Management teams
* Demand & Supply Plan into Customised Order Plan
* Proactively manage and track - oversell & undersell on promotions
* Maintain appropriate stock level across the chain. End to End.
* Facilitate and be accountable for KPIs including; DIFOT (Delivery in Full and on time), Working Capital & Days of Supply, work to clear stock in relation to approaching quit / deletions, etc, data integrity
* Provide production with delivery schedule. Inline with Woolworths sales forecast. (Demand Planning)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Minimum 3 years' experience in a replenishment/inventory role
* Understanding of warehouse functions
* Organisational and time management skills
* Analytical skills
* Excellent Microsoft Excel skill, including pivot tables
* Excellent computer skills - outlook, word, power point
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills
* MFG Pro experience would be beneficial but not essential
