Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Disability Support Practitioner to join our team. This critical role involves providing case managed assistance to children and parents with disabilities to build their capacity, connect and access disability supports and participate effectively in the NDIS. As part of our Child and Family Services system, you will play a vital role in building both disability and NDIS expertise across the organisation.
 * A tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Disability or related behavioural sciences is essential. A degree level qualification or associate diploma level with substantial experience in the relevant service stream is also acceptable.
 * Reliable transportation and a current driver's licence are required. Flexibility to travel and accommodate overnight stays when necessary is also essential.
