Location: RichlandsShift work: Rotating 24/7, 12hr shifts (day and night)Role: Production Team Member (machine operator, syrup room operator or forklift driver)

Your responsibilities will include:
Operate and monitor high speed machinery: Set up, start, operate, and monitor beverage production machinery to ensure efficient and continuous production in accordance with safety and quality standards.Perform routine maintenance: Conduct basic maintenance, cleaning, and adjustments on machines to minimise downtime and maintain optimal performance.Quality control checks: Inspect products for consistency, labelling, and packaging accuracy; report or correct any deviations to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.Record production data: Accurately log production metrics, machine performance, and any incidents or issues during shifts for traceability and process improvement.Follow Safety and Hygiene Protocols: Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe manufacturing environment.
