About the role
Holmesglen Urology is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Medical Receptionist to join our team at Holmesglen Private Hospital Consulting Suites in Moorabbin This is a part-time role, providing you with the flexibility to balance your work and personal commitments.
This role is for an immediate start.
What you'll be doing
* Greeting and welcoming patients with a friendly and professional manner
* Providing exceptional customer service to patients, both in person and on the phone
* Managing patient appointments, including booking, rescheduling, and cancellations
* Assisting with various administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the practice
* Promoting a positive and collaborative work environment
What we're looking for
* Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar customer service role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with patients and colleagues
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in using medical practice management software and general office software
* A friendly, professional, and empathetic demeanour
* A commitment to providing exceptional patient care
