About the job Rare and Exciting Opportunity at purpose built facility for a Podiatrist (or 2) at Align Health Collective! We are filling a rare position at our Kew or Oakleigh location due to our long-standing podiatrist moving home to the country. Align Health Collective currently has full MDT clinics (Physio, Pod, Exercise Physiology and Clinical Exercise) in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. We aim to empower, engage, and propel our team to achieve personal and professional goals. Our clinics in Kew and Oakleigh feature state-of-the-art technology and are a hub for multidisciplinary care. There are opportunities for the right candidates to step into leadership roles early in their careers. We have a full structure in place with regional managers in each state, clinic leads and senior mentors. Exposure to a wide variety of cases—from sporting injuries to general population needs; you’ll work with a diverse range of patients, enhancing your experience and clinical skills. Mixture of both clinical and non-clinical time as you develop within the company to further your diversity in the healthcare space. A qualified and experienced Podiatrist, eager to make a difference in patient care. Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for ongoing professional development. Experience with sports-related injuries and general podiatric care is desirable, though not essential.
