Lead Hotel Services Team
We are seeking a highly skilled Housekeeping Operations Manager to spearhead one of our hotel teams in Canberra.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Establishing and implementing effective operational strategies to enhance guest experience
* Conducting regular team briefings to discuss challenges, goals, and progress
* Collaborating with the hotel leadership team to develop and maintain quality metrics and standards
* Ensuring timely delivery of rooms to guests upon arrival, meeting their expectations for cleanliness and comfort
* Providing ongoing support and resources to the team as needed
* Managing administrative tasks related to Health and Safety, billing, and rostering
* Fostering a positive work environment by ensuring excellent guest service
* Effectively handing over tasks to the team during shifts
