Job Role:
The Transformation Lead is a strategic business role that requires collaboration with stakeholders to drive transformational change initiatives across the division. The successful candidate will hold the vision for business and product outcomes, assisting in identifying what is important and of business value.
The key responsibilities include shaping and articulating business demand through actionable artefacts and business cases, which draw strategic linkages to demonstrate alignment with the overall target operating model and investment slate appetite.
Other responsibilities include contributing business SME knowledge to technical solution design and alignment, delivery planning, business capacity planning, and overall cost estimation for initiatives and charters.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Commercial background in similar roles or large-scale projects in banking and financial services or other professional services.
* Strong commercial background in banking and financial services or other professional services.
* Strong knowledge of financial services and banking industry trends.
* Strategic planning, consulting, business design, design thinking, customer experience, agile coaching, and facilitation skills.
* Verbal and written communications skills.
* Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, online workshop/facilitation tools e.g. Mural and Teams.
