About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team and help create memorable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet, seat, and welcome guests with genuine hospitality
* Take accurate food and beverage orders, including special requests and dietary needs
* Serve food and drinks promptly and to presentation standards
* Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns
* Maintain clean, organised service areas, including clearing and resetting tables
* Communicate effectively with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate service
* Process payments and handle transactions accurately
* Promote and upsell menu items, specials, and beverages
* Respond to guest requests and provide helpful, attentive service
* Follow all safety, hygiene, and health regulations
* Work flexibly across shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holiday
Skills & Experience :
* Previous experience in a similar hospitality or customer‑service role
* Ability to stand for long periods and lift items as required
* Strong communication and customer‑service skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing needs
* Reliable, positive, and committed to delivering high‑quality service
