Azooa is preparing a response to upcoming Defence RFQs and is seeking Expressions of Interest for an experienced
Level 2 Support Trainer & Field Service Representative (FSR)
to support the uplift, sustainment, and operational readiness of the
HQOTM T4 capability
across Army units.
This role blends hands-on technical support, structured training delivery, soldier-facing engagement, and field services — playing a critical role in enabling Army units to operate and sustain HQOTM T4 effectively.
Role Overview
The HQOTM T4 Trainer & FSR provides Level 2 technical support and formal/informal training to system users, maintainers, and administrators across both barracks and field contexts.
You will be deeply involved in:
• Fault diagnosis & rectification (Level 2)
• Root-cause analysis & escalation to Level 3
• Mentoring operators and maintainers
• Delivering continuation, structured and ad hoc training
Your work ensures Army units maintain operational confidence and capability resilience.
Key Deliverables
Training Development & Delivery
• Deliver updated training packages to:
– Level 1 & Level 2 support personnel
– System planners and managers
– Strategic support organisations (Level 2/3)
– Field Service Representatives
• Review & maintain prerequisite, IIS and gap training materials
• Capture, assess & incorporate training feedback
• Contribute to modernised training delivery models, including:
– Integration into
Defence School of Signals
curricula
– CBT & online learning modules
– Alignment with emerging Defence ICT initiatives
• Participate in training workshops, validation sessions & reviews
Field Service Representation (Level 2 Support)
• Deliver onsite Level 2 support in barracks & field environments
• Assist with platform software upgrades
• Troubleshoot and rectify platform faults; escalate to Level 3 as required
• Advise units on correct escalation pathways
• Develop SOPs, BLIs & sustainment documentation
• Support HQOTM T4 Training & FSR Manager with assigned tasks
