About the Role:
* Lead financial planning, analysis, and budgeting for property and facilities
* Manage fixed asset accounting and capital expenditure reporting
* Partner with senior leaders to assess financial implications of procurement and project decisions
* Oversee financial performance of development projects, including cash flow and feasibility alignment
* Drive continuous improvement in reporting, systems, and financial controls
* Provide insightful commentary and analysis to senior leadership
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement financial models and forecasts
* Analyze financial data to inform business decisions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in financial business partnering, FP&A, and capital project reporting
* Strong financial modelling, analytical, and communication skills
* Commercial acumen and ability to influence decision-making
* Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
* CPA, CA, CIMA or equivalent professional certification
