As a key member of our showroom team, you will provide expert support to customers as they explore design options and begin planning their new kitchen. Your responsibilities will include greeting customers, understanding their needs, guiding them through our product range, presenting features and benefits with confidence and enthusiasm, generating leads and booking appointments for our design specialists, and building strong customer relationships to ensure a positive, memorable experience.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in retail sales, ideally in design, interiors, or home improvement, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. They will also have a passion for sales and a results-driven approach, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fun environment.
