Senior Manager
DP World is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Manager to oversee and manage industrial and employee relations matters.
* Oversee industrial relations activities, including enterprise agreement negotiations, management of industrial action, and engagement with external stakeholders such as the Fair Work Commission, Federal Court, and other tribunals.
* Partner with operational leaders and technical specialists to provide guidance and support on strategic projects.
* Lead the management and resolution of industrial disputes and related litigation, offering strategic advice throughout the process.
* Provide expert employee relations advice on a range of complex matters, including policy development and reviews, organisational change, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
* Support compliance with enterprise agreements and payroll obligations, including the delivery of rectification programs where required.
* Deliver training and capability-building initiatives for business leaders and people teams, with a focus on IR/ER knowledge, processes, and legislative responsibilities.
* Manage right of entry matters in accordance with legal and procedural requirements.
* Assist with the development and rollout of IR/ER frameworks and business practices.
* Manage end-to-end enterprise agreement negotiations, including preparation, compliance review, documentation, implementation support, and response to industrial action in collaboration with business leaders and senior stakeholders.
Requirements
* Degree or qualification in HR, Industrial Relations, Employment Law, or related field, or equivalent experience.
* Strong knowledge of Fair Work Act 2009 and related employment legislation.
* Minimum 10 years' experience in complex, unionised workplaces, preferably with blue-collar workforces.
* Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver clear, practical ER/IR advice.
* Experience managing enterprise agreements, industrial action, and workplace change.
* Experience representing organisations at the Fair Work Commission, including in dispute resolution, unfair dismissal defence, and general protections matters.
* Excellent communication, influencing, and data analysis skills.
