 
        
        Corporate Receptionists play a pivotal role in creating a positive and lasting impression for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Lobby Reception: Greet and welcome visitors, manage incoming mail and packages, and maintain a clean and well-organized reception area.
 * Client Meeting Rooms: Schedule meetings, set up rooms to perfection, and provide technical support when needed.
 * VIP Hosting: Offer exceptional service to high-profile clients, including arranging refreshments and ensuring their needs are met.
 * Office Presentation: Maintain a professional and welcoming environment, including decorating the lobby and common areas.
 * Audio Visual: Set up and operate audio visual equipment for presentations and meetings.
Qualifications
 * A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in customer-facing roles.
 * Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
 * Experience managing multiple meeting room calendars.
 * Presentation skills and excellent communication abilities.
