About the Role
As a Senior Customer Service Officer, you will be a key member of a professional Customer Service Team, operating with a high degree of autonomy under general direction. You'll provide leadership, expert advice, and hands-on support to ensure services are delivered efficiently, accurately, and with a strong customer focus.
You will coordinate daily service activities, guide team members, and manage complex and escalated enquiries, all while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and organisational success.
About You
A customer service professional with a passion for customer service and a natural ability to lead and support others. You bring:
· Demonstrated experience in a senior customer service role
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex enquiries
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Experience working across multiple systems and managing detailed administrative tasks
· A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
· The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
