**Medical Receptionist Role Summary**

We are seeking a highly organised, enthusiastic administration professional with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service to join our supportive and dedicated friendly team in Brisbane.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Work with a brilliant team of professionals and deliver exceptional patient care and administrative support.
* Cover outpatient reception and hospital administrative duties.
* Manage internal and external enquiries and communications.
* Provide medical typing, schedule appointments, billing, and receipting services.
* Operate the switchboard efficiently.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

* High attention to detail and accuracy, strong computer skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
* Specialist medical reception experience, minimum 3 years' essential.
* Experience with Patient Management Systems is desirable.
* Medical typing experience and proficiency.
* Professional phone manner and approach to work.
* Proven ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
* Ability to work autonomously and harmoniously as part of a team.
