As a trainer, your primary responsibilities will include developing and overseeing teaching materials, resources, and equipment. You will also play a crucial role in empowering students to transition seamlessly from campus to community. For this position, we are seeking an individual with extensive experience in the aged care, health, or disability industry. A minimum of five years of direct involvement in roles such as management, coordination, or direct support is highly regarded. Holding a Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or Nursing Qualifications is essential, as well as a current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
