Key Responsibilities
- Assist with travel arrangements, diary management, and meeting coordination for the CEO
- Provide general admin support such as data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation
- Help with day-to-day office operations and ensure the workspace runs smoothly
- Support the wider team as needed with ad hoc tasks and projects
Key Skills
- Strong organisation and time management
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively
- Confident with Microsoft Office and general computer use
Qualifications
- No formal qualifications required – recent graduates welcome
- Certificate in Business (or similar) a bonus but not essential
