Help shape the future of Horticulture and Agriculture. The YH&A team is seeking a highly driven Territory Sales Manager to champion growth across Southern QLD & Northern NSW. You'll be at the forefront of delivering profitable sales growth and exceeding targets in your territory.
This role is dynamic and primarily field-based, with significant travel, including regular overnight stays. You'll need to be energetic, hands-on, and ready to roll up your sleeves. A strong sense of urgency, teamwork, and customer service are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop territory management plans to maximise sales into targeted crops
* Deliver product education, technical support, and training to customers and resellers
* Foster positive relationships with key stakeholders across the agricultural sector
* Provide promotional and marketing support, and represent YH&A at grower days, field days and conferences
* Champion safety, sustainability, and stewardship in all activities
Requirements:
* A proven track record of achieving targets and experience in a similar sales role
* Tertiary qualifications in agronomy or agriculture
* Strategic planning (for seasonal/crop cycle periods), project management, and solution creation skills
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* A passion for empowering growers and driving industry innovation
